Breast enlargement

To perform breast augmentation surgery, the plastic surgeon will decide the type of implant, the volume of the prosthesis and the surgical technique to be used during the intervention, taking into account the following parameters:

  • The size and current position of the breast.

  • Asymmetry of breast tissue.

  • The physical characteristics of the chest wall and waist.

  • Type of areola and breast groove.

  • Weight and height.

  • The patient's medical history.

  • The patient's preferences regarding size and incision technique.

  • The goals and wishes of the patient when performing breast augmentation surgery.

Currently the technology of cohesive silicone gel, keeps the gel adhered to the implant capsule to prevent the substance from leaving its place, therefore you will not run any risk in case it breaks.

There are different forms of implant; however, the most common are round and anatomical. Each has its advantages and disadvantages that will be discussed during your consultation. There we can decide which is the best option for you.

Breast enlargement

The  Breast augmentation or augmentation mammoplasty is a surgical procedure intended to increase the size and improve the shape of the breast through the placement of breast implants (prostheses).

There are implants with different compositions, sizes, shapes and types of surface.

We use state-of-the-art silicone gel implants which cause a more natural sensation to the touch, they are less likely to cause rippling around the breast.

How do we do it?

The implant placement can be behind the breast tissue, or under the chest muscles. The incisions are made so that the scars are as less visible as possible, usually around the bottom of the areola or  below the breast.
