What type of anesthesia do we use?
The procedure is carried out under sedation and local anesthesia.
Days of internment?
It is an outpatient procedure, it is not necessary to stay in the hospital.
Recovery time?
The patient can return to their daily activities the day after the procedure and the final result is seen after about four to six weeks.
Bichectomy
Bichat bags are deposits of fatty tissue found inside the cheeks, below the level of the cheekbones. Its removal by surgery, in appropriate patients, results in a better definition of the facial contour.
How do we do it?
Through two small incisions made inside the mouth (so there are no visible scars).
